Continuous Candidate Engagement

What is Continuous Candidate Engagement?

Continuous Candidate Engagement (CCE) is a way to engage candidates throughout the hiring process. It helps you find the right people for your job openings, it helps you find the right people for company culture and team fit, and it helps make sure that those who don't fit will be removed from consideration before they waste time interviewing or taking tests.

Continuous Candidate Engagement can be broken down into three steps:

  1. Identify current openings and determine how many more you'll need in the future
  2. Find out what skills are most sought after in your industry (and which ones aren't) so you can focus on attracting those types of people
  3. Create messaging tailored to specific industries or roles where there are open positions available at your company (i.e., if you have an engineering role opening up soon but know there aren't enough engineers looking for jobs right now due to low unemployment rates, then try targeting recent graduates who would benefit from having their first job out of college)
