Subscription policy

Please read carefully this Subscription policy (“Policy”) before using our AMPLOO platform (“Platform”). This Subscription policy is an agreement concluded between you (“You”, “Your”, “User”) and AMPLOO, Inc. a company incorporated and registered in United States, and our registered office at 2261 Market Street STE 86141, San Francisco, CA 94114, under registration № 4523756 (also "Company", "We", "Us") and is a part of and to be read in conjunction with the AMPLOO Platform Terms of Use (“Terms”) https://amploo.io/terms-of-use which governs your access to our Platform.

All Platform Services are paid and offered on a monthly subscription basis. 

Trial period. You can use our Services free within thirty (30) calendar days from the moment of registration according to our Terms. The Trial period provides the User with all the functionality of the Platform the same as for Users of a paid Unlimited subscription.

Subscription plan. There are 3 (three) paid subscription basis: Starter, Business, Unlimited.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT HOLD YOUR FUNDS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE CUSTODIAL FINANCIAL SERVICES ON THE PLATFORM.

Payment provider.  “STRIPE” at https://stripe.com. Please read the terms and conditions for using their services, including exchange, currency conversion on their website, which is available at https://stripe.com.

Payment terms. Subscription prices are indicated in US dollars. 

Payment methods.

  • Google Pay 

We do not represent or warrant that a particular Subscription Plan will be offered indefinitely and, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.  We reserve the right to change the prices for or alter the features and options in a particular Subscription Plan with 90 days prior notice to You by email, except for cases when, for technical reasons and our fault, you cannot use the Platform partially or completely.

Automatic debiting. By accepting our Terms and this Policy, You agree that further Your funds will be charged automatically from the bank account You specified for the automatic renewal of the chosen subscription plan unless You previously terminate Your relationship with Us and/or refuse to extend or renew Your subscription plan.

Five (5) calendar days before the automatic renewal of the subscription and debiting funds from your bank account, Our payment provider will send You a written notification to the email you specified when registering Your Account.

We have the right temporarily to restrict Your access to your Account if your payment for renewal of the subscription is not made on time. In this case, You will have access to your Account only to the payment section. Wherein We are not obligated and are released from any liabilities of compensating you for any damages.

Our Return Policy. The features and options of the Platform Services depend on the Subscription Plan.  All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Policy.

When You delete or cancel Your Account as it is described in the section «Blocking And Deletion» of our Terms of Use — unused funds paid according to the Subscription basis are not returned.

Change the Subscription Plan: 

  • You may add an internal user(-s) at any time inside Your Account using the functionality of the Platform. In case of exceeding the limit of Users of the current Subscription plan, which leads to a change in the Subscription plan, such User is added immediately. Payment and switching to another Subscription basis in such circumstances is also carried out immediately on the same day.
  • You can also delete the internal user(es) immediately. But in this case, We do not recalculate and don’t return the funds you previously paid for the current Subscription basis. If such deletion of the internal user(s) will cause your current Subscription to change to another basis with a lower price category, then the User will either: a) switch to another Subscription basis from the moment of full payment of the new Subscription basis without any transfer of funds; b) remains on the current Subscription tariff basis, and the cost of this Subscription will be recalculated according to the decrease in the number of internal user(s) in the next paid period of use of the Platform.

To update your Subscription basis, go to the appropriate section on the Platform website or contact us by email, support@amploo.io.  

In cases which caused to blocking or restriction, partially or completely, of use of the Platform because of technical reasons and Our fault, we undertake to do at our sole discretion one of the following: a) recalculate and partially refund the money for days of inability to use the Platform b) offer you a discount of 10% the next time you renew your current Subscription basis. If the circumstances described in this paragraph last more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, We undertake to return Your funds net of the amount that have already covered the actual days of Your using the Platform before the occurrence of these circumstances.

To return the funds to you, You must contact us by support@amploo.io from the email you provided when registering your Account to confirm the bank details for the refund. We will check your application within 5 (five) working days and send you our written decision by email. The period for consideration of the application may be extended by Us for justified reasons, of which we will notify you in writing, but not more than by 30 (thirty) days.

By this provision We declare, and You agree, that refunds by Us are possible only to the confirmed bank account of Your company as a legal entity.

USER’S PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES. 

Notification. When you purchase a Subscription basis, you must provide accurate and complete information for a valid payment method that you are authorized to use. You will provide any notice of non-renewal through the means We designate, which may include Account settings in the Platform or contacting our support team. Cancelling your subscription means that you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will not receive any refunds or credits for amounts that have already been charged. All renewals are subject to the applicable Services continuing to be offered and will be charged at the then-current rates.

Update. You must update your Account to reflect any changes, including those related to your payment method.

Billing Cycles. Billing cycle end dates may change from time to time. When a billing cycle covers less than or more than a full month, we may make reasonable adjustments and/or prorations. 

Benefit Programs. You may receive or be eligible for certain pricing structures, discounts, features, promotions, and other benefits (collectively, “Benefits”). Any and all such Benefits are provided at Our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws. Such Benefits may be modified or terminated by Us without  notice. 

Taxes. All payments required by this Policy are stated exclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, commissions, including bank commissions, imposts, customs, fines, or similar governmental assessments, including sales and use taxes, value-added taxes (“VAT”), goods and services taxes (“GST”), excise, business, service, and similar transactional taxes imposed by any jurisdiction (collectively, “Taxes”). User shall be responsible for and bear Taxes associated with its purchase of, payment for, access to or use of the Platform. Taxes shall not be deducted from the payments for the use of the Platform, except as required by law, in which case You shall increase the amount payable as necessary after making all required deductions and withholdings. The parties’ obligations under this Section (Tax Responsibility) shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms or this Policy.

Termination. If this Policy expires or is terminated for any reason, User will pay to our Company any amounts that have accrued before, and remain unpaid as of, the date of the termination or expiration, including those for the billing cycle in which termination occurs.

Change of the Policy.  We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time in accordance. If We make changes to this Policy, We undertake to publish the updated Policy on the website of Platform and indicate the date of the “Last amended” at the beginning of this Policy. If You do not agree with the amended Policy, You may immediately terminate the Agreement with Us by ceasing to use our Platform. If you continue to use our Platform, this Policy will go into effect. Please check this page periodically to make sure you agree with the changes.

Language and Translations. Platform may provide translations of this Policy. Translations are provided for informational purposes and if there is an inconsistency or conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version will control.
