What is a case interview?
A case interview is a job interview in which the employer presents a candidate with a problem and asks him or her to come up with a solution. This can be done either orally or on paper, but it's usually done in person and in front of other members of the hiring team.
Сase based interviews are used to evaluate candidates for a variety of positions. They're often used to screen candidates for entry-level positions and internships, but they can also be used to evaluate a candidate's suitability for promotion or lateral movement within the company.
Why do you need case interviews?
Case interviewing is designed to test a candidate's problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. They also help companies determine whether a candidate is right for the position they are hiring for.
