Please read carefully these Subscription policy ("Policy") before using our AMPLOO platform ("Platform"). These Subscription policy are an agreement concluded between you ("You", "Your", "User") and AMPLOO OÜ a company incorporated and registered in Estonia, under registration № 16436366 (also "Company", "We", "Us") and is a part of and to be read in conjunction with the AMPLOO Platform Terms of Use (“Terms”) https://amploo.io/terms-of-use which governs your access to our Platform.
Except for the Trial period, all Platform Services are paid and offered either on a monthly subscription basis or an annual subscription basis.
Trial period. You can use our Services on the Platform free within thirty (30) calendar days from the moment of registration according to our Terms. The Trial period provides the User with all the functionality of the Platform the same as for Users of a paid subscription.
Subscription plan. Except for the Trial period, Platform has the three (3) paid types of subscription plan: monthly subscription basis and annual subscription basis.
Trial period - You can use all Platform’s services for free within 30 calendar days from the moment of your first registration.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT HOLD YOUR FUNDS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE CUSTODIAL FINANCIAL SERVICES ON THE PLATFORM.
Payment provider. “PADDLE” at https://www.paddle.com/ . Please read the terms and conditions for using their services, including exchange, currency conversion on their website, which is available at https://www.paddle.com/ .
Payment terms. Subscription prices are indicated in US dollars.
Payment methods.
- Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover)
- Wire transfer — PayPal — Apple Pay — Google Pay
Automatic debiting. By accepting our Terms and this Policy, You agree that further Your funds will be charged automatically from the bank account You specified for the automatic renewal of the chosen subscription plan unless You previously terminate Your relationship with Us and/or refuse to extend or renew Your subscription plan.
Five (5) calendar days before the automatic renewal of the subscription and debiting funds from your bank account, We will send You a written notification to the email you specified when registering Your Account.
We have the right temporarily to restrict Your access to your Account if your payment for renewal of the subscription is not made on time. In this case, You will have access to your Account only to the payment section. Wherein We are not obligated and are released from any liabilities of compensating you for any damages.
Our return policy. The features and options of the Platform Services don’t depend on the Subscription Plan. The features and options of the Platform Services are equal regardless of the selected Subscription plan. We do not represent or warrant that a particular Subscription Plan will be offered indefinitely and, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws. We reserve the right to change the prices for or alter the features and options in a particular Subscription Plan with 90 days prior notice to You by email, except for cases when, for technical reasons and our fault, you cannot use the Platform partially or completely.
For annual subscription plans purchased on our Platform we offer a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. For monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your account at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.
To return the funds to you, You must contact us by support@amploo.io from the email you provided when registering your Account to confirm the bank details for the refund. We will check your application within 5 working days and send you our written decision by email. The period for consideration of the application may be extended by Us for justified reasons, of which we will notify you in writing, but not more than by 30 days.
By this provision We declare, and You agree that refunds by Us are possible only to the confirmed bank account of Your company as a legal entity.
USEER’S PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES.
Notification. When you purchase a subscription basis, you must provide accurate and complete information for a valid payment method that you are authorized to use. You will provide any notice of non-renewal through the means We designate, which may include Account settings in the Platform or contacting our support team. Cancelling your subscription means that you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will not receive any refunds or credits for amounts that have already been charged. All renewals are subject to the applicable Services continuing to be offered and will be charged at the then-current rates.
Update. You must update your Account to reflect any changes, including those related to your payment method.
Billing Cycles. Billing cycle end dates may change from time to time. When a billing cycle covers less than or more than a full month, we may make reasonable adjustments and/or prorations.
Benefit Programs. You may receive or be eligible for certain pricing structures, discounts, features, promotions, and other benefits (collectively, "Benefits"). Any and all such Benefits are provided at solely discretion and to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, such Benefits may be modified or terminated without notice.
Tax statements. All payments required by these Terms are stated exclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, imposts, fines, or similar governmental assessments, including sales and use taxes, value-added taxes (“VAT”), goods and services taxes (“GST”), excise, business, service, and similar transactional taxes imposed by any jurisdiction (collectively, “Taxes”). User shall be responsible for and bear Taxes associated with its purchase of, payment for, access to or use of the Platform. Taxes shall not be deducted from the payments for the use of the Platform, except as required by law, in which case You shall increase the amount payable as necessary so that after making all required deductions and withholdings. The parties’ obligations under this Section (Tax Responsibility) shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.
Termination. If this Policy expires or is terminated for any reason, User will pay to our Company any amounts that have accrued before, and remain unpaid as of, the date of the termination or expiration, including those for the billing cycle in which termination occurs.
Update of the subscription plan. You can change Trial or monthly subscription basis anytime. To update your plan contact us by email support@amploo.io.
Change of the Subscription Policy. We reserve the right to change this Subscription Policy at any time in accordance. If We make changes to this Subscription Policy, We undertake to publish the updated Subscription on the website of Platform and indicate the date of the "Last amended" at the beginning of this Policy . If You do not agree with the amended Policy, You may immediately terminate the Agreement with Us by ceasing to use our Platform. If you continue to use our Platform, this Subscription Policy will go into effect. Please check this page periodically to make sure you agree with the changes.
